BATON ROUGE (LA)–McGlinchey congratulates Michael H. Rubin for the release of A White Hot Plan, his third novel.
The story centers on a former New Orleans homicide investigator, now relegated as a deputy to a rural area who discovers an alt-right terrorist plan to bomb the French Quarter.
Mike McGlinchey is the Chair of McGlinchey’s Appellate Practice. He is a versatile attorney who has handled hundreds appeals before state and federal courts including the U.S. Fifth and Seventh Circuit Courts of Appeal. Mike has appeared before the Fifth, Seventh, and D.C. Circuit Courts of Appeal in a variety of cases involving constitutional law, labor laws, legal ethics and local government zoning that affects private interests. He also handled property and contract issues, as well as oil and gas issues affecting the entire Gulf Region, taxation and education.
