The Las Vegas Township Justice Court, on May 17, 2023 issued administrative order (AO) 23-04 establishing the Resort Corridor Court. The court is composed of a single division that has a docket for all criminal cases involving alleged crimes committed in the Resort Corridor.
The Resort Corridor can be identified by the Metro Area Command sectors A1, A2, and A3, as well as M1, M2, and M3. The Resort Corridor Court will automatically handle cases where a defendant has been charged with a crime that took place within the Resort Corridor, unless there is an exception noted in the order.
