Grupo Solufi, a Mexican firm that specializes in leasing motor vehicles to individuals and SMEs, is based in Mexico. Bocel’s investment was made through the issuance and conversion of convertible loans and shares that represent the capital stock in Grupo Solufi. This will allow the company to grow and improve their services.
The transaction was completed successfully on 28th February 2023.
