A new shareholder was also brought in by the increase of the share capital. Through the vehicles Being and Dbeing he acquired 65% Bianca’s capital. Longo & Barelli advised Bianca as well, whereas MBG Legal and Studio Spalla e Associati were responsible for Being and Dbeing.
Nico Grammauta is the CEO and founder Ci Sta. He has planned to open new stores in Italy within the next two years. Enrico Formicola was already involved with the brand before the increase in share capital.
