AALM : Why did you start your business?

DS When I first started, my company was focused more on profits and sales than customer service. I didn’t like being micromanaged or forced to follow the company’s rules. I started my own company and built it my way, focusing on customer retention and not just sales.

The AALM: Which of the following do you find most enjoyable about working with attorneys?

DS They appreciate my efficiency and the time I can save them. They like that I can meet them at home or in their office.

AALM What makes your company unique from competitors?

DS Customer service and loyalty are more important to me than sales, and I visit most of the major cities in Southeast every year. In order to retain customers in so many cities, I need to maintain a good reputation for fitting clothing well and treating the customer fairly and with respect.
