Valencia, who was raised in the beautiful landscapes of the U.S. Virgin Islands and has been involved in construction since a young age, is a skilled professional in many aspects of the trade. She spent countless hours working alongside her father who is a skilled builder, honing her home construction skills. After graduating high school, she was inspired by this formative experience to pursue a career as a construction worker.

She has a vast background in law enforcement and forensics, private investigations, crisis management, and private investigations.

Valencia is a certified county mediator by the Supreme Court and a qualified arbitrator. Her goal is to ensure that all parties are treated fairly and efficiently. She takes a proactive approach in mediation and shares her insight at the right time. She is able to dig deep into the issue and uncover the core of it because she has a keen eye for detail, a curious mind and a shrewd intellect. She is very thorough, and always maintains a good sense of humor and compassion.
