CHARLOTTE NC – Moore & Van Allen PLLC is proud to announce that Financial Services member Kaitlin Powers was selected as a North Carolina Lawyers Weekly winner for “Icons and Phenomena of Law”. The honorees will receive their awards at a ceremony on July 20.
Powers’ practice involves representing financial institutions, including commercial banks, Farm Credit System banks and Associations and insurance companies in senior and mezzanine finance transactions and investments. She advises clients in structuring and drafting secured and unsecured loan facilities, as well as single-lender lending and syndicated loans across many industries.
