ROCKY MOUNT (NC)–Poyner Spruill LLP announces that Chris Dwight has been elected as a partner of the firm. This will take effect on July 1, 2023.
Dwight’s practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions and general counsel services for companies in a wide range of industries. He represents both buyers and sellers when it comes to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. He provides outside general counsel services on a regular basis. Dwight also advises clients in a wide range of corporate and security matters, such as corporate reorganizations, restructurings, contracts, corporate governance and the formation and maintenance business entities.
