NATIONAL — Littler, the largest employment law and labor practice in the world representing management, earned Gold Standard certification from the Women in Law Empowerment Forum for the 13th consecutive time.

WILEF awards Gold Standard status for firms that meet the objective criteria of having a high percentage of women in equity positions, firm leadership roles and the ranks of the most highly paid partners.

Littler has a variety of programs and initiatives for inclusion, equity and diversification (IE&D), which support the advancement of diverse and women attorneys. The Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) is a firm initiative that focuses on developing women and women who identify as such at all levels of the firm. It also empowers them to share experiences, promote success, and advance their skills in new roles and responsibilities.
