Winston & Strawn LLP, Miami, FL announced today that Jeffrey Rubinger and Summer LePree, long-time colleagues and tax attorneys in the firm’s Miami offices as partners in its Tax Practice. They join corporate partner David Wells who joined the Miami office in May.
Jeff is an experienced attorney with more than 25 years’ experience in international tax. He has worked with clients from diverse industries including financial services and technology.
Summer’s practice focuses on advising U.S.-based companies and their foreign counterparts in connection with international tax planning for inbound and outbound U.S.
