Tour de Law is now in its eleven thyear. Barristers and Solicitors from across the UK will compete to see who can cycle as many kilometers as possible in their offices.
The event will be held from 8am Wednesday 11 October until 4pm Thursday 12 October. It will raise funds for Breast Cancer Now, a world-class organization that provides life-changing research and support.
Two static bikes will be provided by Breast Cancer Now to the teams for them to compete over two days with other law firms.
The team that has the highest total combined distance and fundraising will be crowned Tour de Law Champions 2023. They will also receive the Tour de Law Trophy.
Tour de Law, which began in 2012, has raised more than PS1 million to support world-class research on breast cancer and life-changing assistance. Last year’s event alone raised over PS110,000. Each pound counts to those affected by breast cancer. A donation of PS10,000, for example, could cover eight weeks’ worth of research. Research is essential to ensure that everyone living with breast cancer will live a long and healthy life. Every week spent in the laboratory will bring us closer to this future.
