ATLANTA, GA — Esquire Deposition Solution LLC (Esquire), today announced that Barry Dark, Esquire’s Executive Chairman and 35-year veteran of global legal services and technologies and the current Esquire Executive Chairperson has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer. He succeeds Terrie Campell, who decided to retire from her role as CEO. She will continue to serve as an executive advisor for Dark and his company in order to ensure that the transition is seamless and that the business continues to grow.
Dark has a proven track record in driving strong financial results for enterprises and cultivating an inclusive culture that is focused on excellence and high performance, particularly within the legal services and financial technology fields. After Gridiron Capital’s investment in Esquire was completed in December 2022, Dark became Esquire’s Executive Chairman. Dark, as Executive Chairman of Esquire, worked closely with Campbell’s leadership team and the company to determine the strategic direction.
