“If your employer treated you unfairly because of what you posted or liked on this platform, then we will pay for your legal bills,” Musk Tweeted in an post. “We won’t only sue. We will also be loud, and we will target the boards of directors.”

Musk said that X would not limit the amount of bills it was willing to pay. The tweets follow Legacy Motor Club suspending NASCAR driver Noah Gragson for liking a racist meme mocking George Floyd’s death.

X Corp has been under fire recently after Musk threatened to sue the Center for Countering Digital Hate, an anti-hate campaign group whose research on Twitter platform allegedly showed that hateful content has increased since Musk purchased the platform last year.

A Musk legal representative accused the CCDH posting articles which made “inflammatory and outrageous assertions about Twitter”.. The CCDH then accused X Corp. of intimidation.
