FORT LAUDERDALE, FL—Aldo M. Leiva, a shareholder in the national law firm of Baker Donelson, has been appointed to serve as vice chair of the Privacy, Cybersecurity, & Digital Rights Committee of the American Bar Association’s (ABA) International Law Section.
An attorney in Baker Donelson’s Fort Lauderdale office, Mr. Leiva is a member of the Firm’s Government Enforcement and Investigations Group and its Data Protection, Privacy and Cybersecurity Team. His practice is focused on assisting clients with investigations, compliance, and regulatory matters relating to critical infrastructure, cybersecurity, and supply chain security.
