Stellantis, a company based in Amsterdam and founded in 2021, was formed by the equal merger between Fiat Chrysler Automobiles of Italy and France’s PSA Group. Stellantis Otomotiv Pazarlama, an automobile distributor, is a supplier of many world-renowned brands including Citroen Opel Peugeot Jeep Fiat Maserati DS Automobiles.
Stellantis consolidates all its brand distributions and activities in Turkey through this transaction. This is subject to regulatory approval. Tofas has a production capability of 400,000 cars per year. Tofas shares currently trade on the Borsa Istanbul exchange. Stellantis, Koc Holding and 24.3% are held by Koc Holding.
