ATLANTA, GA – The national law firm Baker Donelson expanded its Atlanta office by adding three attorneys. Mark I. Duedall joins the firm as a shareholder in Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy Group, Mina A. Elmankabady joins the firm as a shareholder in Real Estate and Finance Group, and Gregory C. Maddaleni joins the firm as an associate in Business Litigation Group.
Mr. Duedall focuses his practice on bankruptcy and insolvency, with an accent on advising clients regarding matters relating to consumer and household goods, retail, food, and beverage, mass torts, manufacturing, healthcare, and energy.
Mr. Elmankabady concentrates his practice on commercial real estate, leasing, corporate law and mergers and purchases.
Mr. Maddaleni concentrates his practice in transportation litigation, which includes the defense of motor carriers and commercial drivers as well as insurance companies when catastrophic accidents occur.
