HOUSTON (TX)–Polsinelli, a member of the Am Law 100, has welcomed Monica A. Diddell to the firm as a shareholder. She will be based in its Houston office. She is Polsinelli’s fourth new private equity shareholder since May. This highlights the firm’s significant growth in its nationwide private investment bench.
Diddell provides advice to public and private companies as well as private equity firms, and portfolio companies of private equity, on a wide range of complex corporate matters and investment life cycles, including acquisitions and divestitures, mergers and joint ventures, and minority investments. Before she entered private practice, Diddell worked in-house as a corporate lawyer in the energy and infrastructure industry.
