The Nevada Supreme Court published administrative order (ADKT 608 on Tuesday, September 26 2023. This amended Supreme Court Rules (SCRs), 99 to 122, relating to attorney misconduct. The modified rules are available in exhibit A, which is attached to the order. The new rules will be in effect on October 26, 2023.
