FORT LAUDERDALE FL — Weiss Serota Helfman, Cole + Bierman partner Anne R. Flanigan has been sworn in to the position of Federal Bar Association – Broward County Chapter president. Flanigan is a FBA member who has served in various leadership positions since 2015.
Flanigan, along with the other members of the board, were sworn-in by Raag Singhal. Chief District Court Judge Cecilia M. Altonaga spoke as the guest speaker.
As a civil litigation attorney, Flanigan defends federal civil rights cases and personal injury claims. She also litigates contract disputes and claims involving real estate. She is active in federal and state courts.
