BIRMINGHAM AL–McGlinchey Stafford announces the addition of Colin T. Dean as Of Counsel to its Birmingham office. Colin Dean joins the Financial Services Litigation Practice Group of McGlinchey Stafford, adding valuable experience to the nationally recognized group.
Colin’s practice includes financial services litigation and transactional matters as well as FINRA arbitrations in multiple states including Alabama, Florida and North Carolina. He represents consumer lenders, mortgage lenders and loan servicers in individual and class actions involving fraud, contract breaches and violations of consumer protection laws.
