BIRMINGHAM, AL — Lightfoot, Franklin & White LLC announces that Edgar Harper, its Chief Operations Officer, will be expanding his role. Harper, who recognizes that a true commitment to diversity is weaving it into all layers of the organization’s operations, will also serve as its first Chief Diversity Officer.
Harper’s role will be to oversee Lightfoot’s commitment to creating a diverse, inclusive workplace. Harper’s responsibilities include working closely with Human Resources, as well as various committees in the firm, such as Recruiting, Associates, D&I, Executive Committee, Marketing, and D&I.
