BOSTON (MA)–Boston’s Sherin and Lodgen LLP announced that David A. Michel was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Federal Bar Association’s (FBA), Labor and Employment Law Section. His term of one year began on October 1. Michel is also a member of the Board of Younger Lawyers Division, FBA as the 1st Circuit representative.
Michel is a partner in the Litigation Department of the firm. He assists clients with complex disputes involving real estate, employment, and business. He has represented companies in complex commercial and civil disputes before federal and state courts and alternative dispute resolution.
