LOS ANGELES (CA)–Winston & Strawn LLP has announced that Jennifer Morgan, a former partner at the firm’s Los Angeles office in the Transactions Department and a member of its Tax practice group with a focus on the Energy & Infrastructure Industry Group, is returning to the firm as a Partner in the Transactions Department. She served as Winston’s counsel from 2018 until 2021.
Jennifer has more than 20 years’ experience in representing clients on U.S. federal tax and international tax issues, including planning, structuring and executing complex mergers and purchases. She has worked with large infrastructure funds, private equity firms, foreign pension plans and multinational companies in cross-border and domestic acquisitions, dispositions and financings.
