BATON ROUGE (LA)–McGlinchey-Stafford is proud to announce the appointment of several firm members to leadership positions within the American Bar Association Business Law Section.

Marshall Grodner, of Baton Rouge, has been elected as a representative to the ABA Business Law Section Council. This is the governing body for the organization.

Aaron Kouhoupt, a Cleveland resident who served previously as vice-chair of the Consumer Financial Services Committee Subcommittee on Compliance Management for the last two years, has been named as the Chair.

Jim Sandy (Cleveland), has been appointed Vice Chair of the Section Consumer Financial Services Committee Debt Collection Practices Subcommittee and Bankruptcy Committee.

Lynette Heatchkiss, a Nashville resident, has been appointed Editor-in Chief of Business Law Today. This is the premier digital platform for the ABA Business Law Section.

McGlinchey also has several attorneys who are members of the Business Law Today Editorial Board. This board is composed of top practitioners with expertise in a wide range of practice areas.

Rachael Aspery (Cleveland), Contributing Editor to Business Regulation & Regulated Industries, is a member of the editorial board.
