The Second Judicial District Court issued Administration Order (AO) 2022-13 on Oct 19, 2022. It appoints Chief Judge Lynne K. Simmons to be the election judge for hearing emergency election disputes at the Second Judicial District Court’s general election, scheduled for November 8, 2022.
The order states that the Clerk will open the Second Judicial District Court for extended opening hours on Nov. 8, 2022 at 7 a.m., and remain open for document processing and filing until the last voter in Washoe County. Extended hours will only be open for filings regarding the election. Electronic filings, including those that can be assisted electronically, may be made at 75 Court Street in Reno, NV 89501.
