BOSTON, MA—On October 23, Jennifer L. Salerno, an attorney at the Boston law firm of Davis Malm, served as a panelist on the Social Law Library’s webinar, “Separation Agreements, Settlements, and the Pathways to Getting the Job Done.” The session provided guidance on drafting effective separation agreements, as well as agreements for judgments in modification and contempt actions. Ms. Salerno and fellow family law attorney Matthew Barach also discussed the various pathways to settlement, such as mediation, conciliation and alternative ways to best accomplish client goals.
Ms. Salerno focuses her practice on all areas of family law, including high-conflict divorce and highly contentious child custody matters.
