RICHMOND (VA)–The Virginia Law Firm Gentry Locke announces that Jeffrey P. Miller, and Ryan J. Starks, have been promoted as partners, with effect from January 1, 2024.
Miller is a part of the Civil Defense Litigation group at the firm, where he defends trucking firms in cases involving catastrophic injury, brain injuries, and wrongful deaths, as well as defending retailers, amusement parks, and litigating commercial and intentional torts claims.
Starks is part of the Business Litigation group at the firm, where he helps clients resolve complex civil and business disputes in Virginia state and federal court.
