The Las Vegas Township Justice Court, on Jan. 8, 2024 issued administrative order AO 24-01 which reassigns cases of domestic violence in that court. The order states that “all cases involving domestic violence, as defined in NRS 33.018, shall be automatically assigned to the Domestic-Violence Departments of the Court.”
The Administrative Order 15-04 is superseded by this order, which becomes effective immediately.
