ATLANTA (GA) — Moneypenny has teamed up with VoiceNation to create a team of receptionists for its law firm customers. This team is made up of receptionists that are well-versed in the language and terminology used by law firms. Outside legal experts will train the team to keep it up to date on the legal industry. The service is offered to existing and new law firms that are clients of the company leading in call answering, digital communications, and live chat.

Moneypenny’s “mystery-caller” research conducted earlier this year revealed a mixed service performance from a few firms in terms of warmth of greeting, helpfulness and quality of call handling throughout the call. Around three-quarters of firms surveyed at the time sent their callers to voicemail, or let the phone ring till the caller disconnected. The best performing firm answered calls within an average of five seconds or one ring, while the worst performed answered calls after six rings or 36.34 second – the longest waiting time of any industry.

The launch comes after successful pilots with dedicated sector teams. Additional industries that require language and expertise, such as Home Services and Real Estate, will also be included.
