BIRMINGHAM AL — Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP announces that Jason R. Bushby, a partner at the firm, has been elected a fellow of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys. The ACMA will induct the 2024 Fellows at its Annual Meeting, which takes place in Chicago in September.
Mr. Bushby assists a variety of clients in the financial services industry with regulatory compliance, examinations, enforcement, and litigation. He assists financial service entities in ensuring that their operations comply with federal and state consumer finance laws.
