MEMPHIS, TN—The law firm of Baker Donelson has named Mary Ann Jackson chair of the Firm’s Tax Group.
Ms. Jackson, a shareholder in Baker Donelson’s Memphis office, assumes the role from Alton E. Bayard III. As chair, she will oversee a team of more than 55 tax lawyers advising and counseling individuals and businesses on a full range of tax matters throughout the United States. While serving in this leadership role, Ms. Jackson will maintain her legal practice.
