BOSTON, MA—Global law firm Hogan Lovells announced today that Nicola Lemay has joined the firm’s Corporate & Finance practice as a partner in the Boston office. Lemay joins the firm from Foley Hoag where she chaired the Tax practice group.
In her tax practice, Lemay regularly advises clients on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, licensing and other intellectual property transactions, capital raising and deployment, project finance, joint ventures and partnerships.
