Eighth Judicial District Court Issues Order Describing General Duties/Cases of Presiding Judges

On August 9, 2024, the Eighth Judicial District Court issued Administrative Order: 24-06, describing the case types and general duties for each respective presiding judge, pursuant to EDCR 1.30(6), as amended by the Nevada Supreme Court Order filed April 26, 2024 and effectuated on June 25, 2024.
