PHILADELPHIA (PA)–Bosworth Law is proud to announce that Tom Bosworth, the youngest lead attorney in Pennsylvania, has achieved an eight-figure jury verdict on behalf of a living client in a case involving medical malpractice.

A Philadelphia jury awarded $19.7million to a victim of medical malpractice for failing to diagnose.

According to the suit, the victim was a woman who had been going to the same primary care doctor for many years and had repeatedly complained about the back pain and other symptoms she was experiencing. She finally saw a neurologist by herself, after which a mass was discovered on her spine. This had already caused her incontinence, pain and inability to walk normally. This left her partially paralysed and rendered her unable to work.

Tom stated, “Her life was ruined and the treatment by the doctor were really reprobable.” Tom added, “And the amount they offered before trial really wasn’t close to what she would require.”

Bosworth took on Penn Medicine – one of the largest medical facilities in the country – and won.

After six years of practice, Bosworth has recently established Bosworth Law. His firm represents catastrophically injured clients as well as the families of those who have lost loved ones due to corporate wrongdoing or medical negligence.
