Appellate panel upholds ruling in automobile insurance case

A Tenth District appellate panel upheld a ruling in favor of an insurance company’s denial of an underinsured-motorist claim by the estate of a Gahanna man killed in a traffic accident on Feb. 25, 2020, at a southeast Columbus interchange.
