Pinsent Masons Strengthens team in Disputes Practice Group.
Pinsent Masons has appointed Edward Shaw as a partner within its disputes practice group located in London.
Edward Shaw has over 20 years’ experience in providing counsel on disputes related to construction, engineering, and infrastructure. Mr. Shaw is an experienced litigator and international arbitration lawyer who has represented contractors, subcontractors, employers, owners, and financiers in intricate, high-stakes, multi-party disputes. Mr. Shaw has dedicated the past ten years to his role as a partner at the international law firm DLA Piper.
Mr. Shaw extensive background includes managing arbitrations governed by ICC, LCIA, and SIAC institutional rules, as well as conducting ad hoc arbitrations. Edward Shaw has advised on major projects, advising Chinese and Korean clients, disputes projects in Africa, across Eastern Europe and Asia, in the Caribbean, Turkey, Pakistan and and the United Kingdom.
