Disturbing Claims: Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Accused of Assaulting Guest at Ciroc Party.
Sean “Diddy” Combs is accused of assaulting a man at a recent Ciroc Vodka promotional event. In a lawsuit filed on October 20, the unnamed plaintiff claims he was invited to the party, where Combs allegedly exposed himself and grabbed the plaintiff’s genitals inappropriately.
At the gathering, which featured several high-profile attendees, the plaintiff, who runs a luxury car and jewelry rental business, claims Combs asked him to come to a private office.
Once inside, the plaintiff noticed that Combs appeared to be drunk. According to the lawsuit, Combs then allegedly exposed himself and grabbed the plaintiff’s genitals through his pants in a “rough and sexual manner.” The incident reportedly escalated until a professional athlete intervened.
This lawsuit is part of a broader wave of legal actions against Combs, including accusations from four other plaintiffs, one of whom claims she was raped by Combs in 2000, at the age of 13.
The new plaintiffs are being represented by well-known attorney Tony Buzbee, who has previously stated at a press conference that he is representing over 100 individuals making similar accusations against Combs.
Combs’ lawyers have pushed back against the new claims. They stated: “The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded barrage of filings were clear attempts to garner publicity,” the statement says. “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail, that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone—adult or minor, man or woman.”
