Supreme Court of Ohio rules detaining and searching woman returning to van was constitutional

A woman leaning into a vehicle driven illegally by a known drug trafficker generated enough reasonable suspicion by a police officer to justify detaining her, the Supreme Court of Ohio ruled recently.
