The Nevada Supreme Court filed two petitions at the Las Vegas Township Justice Court on August 30, 2022. These petitions proposed amendments and the enactment a new rule regarding the eviction process. proposes amendments to the Las Vegas Justice Court Local Rules of Practice (6.2 and 6.4) and the addition of a new rule 6.8. HTML3 proposes modifications to the Nevada Supreme Court’s Eviction Mediation Rules.
The court scheduled a public hearing for October 6th, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. in Carson City’s Supreme Court. It will also be videoconferenced to Las Vegas.
