Jay took to social media on Sunday to address the lawsuit, accusing the attorney behind the filing of trying to “blackmail” him. “My lawyer received what can only be described as a blackmail attempt, disguised as a demand letter, from a so-called ‘lawyer’ named Tony Buzbee. He seemed to think that the weight of these allegations and the resulting public attention would push me to settle,” he stated. “On the contrary! It has only fueled my desire to publicly reveal you for the fraud you truly are. So no, I will not pay you ONE RED CENT!!”
