Brad Pitt Body Double Luke Ford Sentenced to 16 Years for Stealthing and Sex Crimes.
Luke Ford, a Scottish individual who acted as a body double for Brad Pitt, has been sentenced to 16 years in prison by the High Court in Edinburgh. This sentencing follows multiple charges of abuse against women, including rape, as reported by the Crown Office & Procurator Fiscal Service in Scotland.
At the age of 35, Ford exploited women he encountered on dating applications over a span of 12 years, inflicting both physical and sexual abuse upon his victims. His actions included strangulation, violently smashing a partner’s head against a car window, slapping another victim, and blackmailing women by threatening to disclose compromising photographs he had taken of them to their employers or families, as detailed by prosecutors and reported by the BBC.
“Ford is a dangerous and manipulative sexual predator,” stated Detective Inspector Steven Gray of the Scottish Police. “I hope that the knowledge of his imprisonment for these crimes assists the victims in moving forward with their lives.” Among Ford’s 19 convictions was one for “stealthing,” which is defined as the act of removing a condom without a partner’s knowledge or consent, constituting rape.

This conviction marks a significant legal precedent, being the first of its kind in Scotland. One victim, who met Ford on Tinder in 2017, recounted that she had provided him with a condom and insisted on its use to prevent pregnancy. He initially agreed, stating it was a “good idea,” but later revealed that he had not used it, as reported by The Times of London.

“I was shocked and upset,” the victim expressed. “I would not have engaged in sexual activity with him without a condom. I asked him to leave. I felt completely violated.” Upon being confronted, Ford dismissed her concerns as “paranoid” and advised her to take an emergency contraceptive pill.
Stealthing is the non-consensual act of removing a condom during sexual intercourse without the knowledge or agreement of the other partner. It is considered a serious violation of consent, as it exposes the victim to risks such as sexually transmitted infections (STIs), unwanted pregnancy, and emotional trauma.
In many jurisdictions, including Scotland, stealthing is classified as a form of sexual assault or rape because it fundamentally breaches the terms of consent established for the sexual activity. This acknowledgment reflects the importance of consent as the foundation of lawful and ethical sexual relations.
