Ohio Mixed-Use Development Projects expected to spur $2 billion in community investments

Ohio Governor Mike DeWine and Ohio Department of Development Director Lydia Mihalik recently announced state support for nine mixed-use development projects expected to create more than $1.1 billion in new payroll and $2 billion in investments in Ohio.
