Attorney at Law Magazine has opened submissions for its all-digital 2025 Criminal Defense Special Issue, highlighting criminal defense attorneys across the country.

We have opportunities to tell your story in a feature story or share your industry knowledge in an op-ed style article. We look forward to highlighting the best of the criminal defense industry.

Cover Story

One criminal defense attorney will be selected as the cover of the 2025 Criminal Defense Special Issue.

The featured attorney needs to have a minimum of 10 years of practice in law and an exemplary legal practice that is focused on the practice of criminal defense or one of its niches.

Special consideration will be given to lawyers who have a leadership position in their firm, who are active in the legal community or who have contributed to the advancement of the profession.

Features

Inside the issue, we will feature a selection of criminal defense practitioners and teams as well as law firms focused solely on the practice of criminal defense from across the nation. The stories will seek to highlight the standout practitioners. Attorneys should be excellent practitioners with a record of success and a unique story to tell. All featured lawyers will receive the 2025 Criminal Defense Issue badge.

Editorial

Attorneys, judges and other legal professionals can also participate in the issue by submitting editorial for publication. Articles can vary in topic from latest trends in criminal law and op-eds on new laws or rulings to tips on practice management and anecdotal musings on the practice of law.

Attorneys should submit articles by September 15. Submissions will be considered for inclusion in the special issue or for website publication only.
