The Nevada Supreme Court received from the State Bar of Nevada a petition under requesting to amend the Supreme Court Rules. The Exhibit B attached to the petition outlines the proposed changes.
On March 21, 2023 at 2:00 pm, a public hearing on the petition will take place in the Supreme Court courtroom of Las Vegas. The hearing will be live-streamed to Carson City’s courtroom.
