BATON ROUGE (LA–McGlinchey Stafford proudly announces that Marshall Grodner, Member (Partner), has been elected to the Louisiana State Law Institute’s Uniform Commercial Code Committee.

The institute was established in 1938 as the state’s official advisory law revision and law reform agency. The institute’s purpose is to encourage and clarify Louisiana’s law and make it more adaptable to current social needs. It also works to improve the administration of justice and continue scholarly and scientific legal research.

Marshall has a strong reputation for his expertise in real estate and commercial lending. He represents both Louisiana and out of state lenders as well as borrowers in large commercial financing transactions. Marshall is also a licensed title agent, and an expert in legal ethics and professionalism.

Marshall is joined by Michael H. Rubin, McGlinchey’s attorney, as a member the Uniform Commercial Code Committee.
