Chisolm concentrates his practice in business and corporate issues. His practice encompasses mergers and purchases, venture capital and emerging businesses, entity formation, financings and joint ventures as well as general corporate matters.
Eisenberg concentrates her practice in labor and employment law, focusing on Title VII, ADA and ADEA as well as retaliation. She advises clients regarding decisions relating to hiring, accommodation, discipline and pay under the FLSA, and conducts training on human resources.
