The Nevada Supreme Court received a petition on November 8, 2022 from Judges James T. Russell & James E. Wilson of First Judicial District Court, seeking to amend the Rules of Practice of the First Judicial District Court.
The Court published a decision in AdKT 0606 on April 24, 2023 approving proposed amendments, as set out in exhibit A. The amendments will be effective for 60 days after the date of this Order.
