LOS ANGELES (CA)–Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has announced that Alesha Domingo, an intellectual-property lawyer specializing in brands, is now a partner at its Los Angeles office.
Dominique, who joined Stroock from the US International Trade Commission and the US Court of Appeals Federal Circuit, provides advice to clients on trademark, false advertisement and unfair competition, as well as copyright and patent issues before federal district court, the US International Trade Commission and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She helps clients acquire, develop, and exploit intellectual properties and provides assistance with trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement issues.
