ITM Communications, a Milton Keynes-based company, offers IT solutions. It specializes in the design, installation, support, and survey of network infrastructure. Lynda Ayris and Mike Jackson, ITM directors, undertook a strategy review in 2022. They then planned to find a strategic partner for the firm. Aliter Capital was chosen to be the majority shareholder of ITM. Two of its partners joined the firm’s board along with the three ITM directors.
ITM will now be focusing on its development and growth, and expanding its capabilities and capacities as a target. ITM directors stated that “Securing an exciting future is something we have been planning for a while” in a statement.
Blake Turner acted as the lead agent for the seller, with Paul Cooper as partner. Hannah Starling was also involved.
