LOS ANGELES (CA)–Alon Lagstein, a counsel at Carlton Fields in Los Angeles’ national commercial and real estate finance group, has joined the firm as a member of its national team. Most recently, he was a partner with Lapin & Lagstein Beverly Hills.
Lagstein represents investors, developers, owners, operators, tenants and landlords in residential and commercial real estate. He focuses his practice on leasing, financing and joint ventures. He represents clients from a variety of backgrounds, including family offices and high-net-worth individuals, as well as startups, financial institutions and private equity firms.
